JobJot.ai was born out of a simple frustration I saw everywhere: talented people spending too much time on admin instead of their actual work. From tradies juggling job notes to freelancers sending quotes and small business owners managing invoices, the problem was always the same: too much paperwork, not enough time.
I started my career as a freelance developer, helping small businesses and contractors streamline their workflows. Later, as a consultant at a Fortune 500 global solutions integrator, I worked on large-scale enterprise systems designed to make teams more efficient. Today, as an engineer at Canva, I continue building tools that empower people to work smarter, not harder.
